Buy a modern kitchen early to avoid losing hundreds of pounds because of VAT increases

Consumers should brace themselves for higher prices on many goods and services as well as increased taxes on investments.

The government has revealed that a substantial tax increase is imminent - with VAT rising from 17.5 per cent to 20 per cent on January 4th.

So buying a designer kitchen before November will save you hundreds of pounds.

With only a limited amount of installation slots available, Kitchen Design Centre urges its customers to place orders for new kitchens before November 1st.

Any kitchens which are booked after this date will be fitted in the New Year and incur the substantial VAT increase.
