Exclusive preview of next year’s cutting-edge German kitchen designs
Kitchen Design Centre has been given a first-hand preview of the very latest German kitchen designs, which will hit the UK market in 2012, bringing customers the most innovative ideas yet for kitchen design.
Continually striving to be at the forefront of cutting-edge kitchen concepts, design experts from all three Kitchen Design Centre’s showrooms - at Manchester, Blackburn and Colne - flew to Germany to see the latest innovations that will be hitting their studios in the coming weeks.
Product designers in Germany are changing the future of kitchen design with brand new designs, colours, textures and further storage solutions to add to and further widen the range currently on offer.
Kitchen concept development has, for decades, been led by German design and production ideas - so it is essential to be part of this ever-changing market in order to keep one step ahead of the competition.
Following much media interest in open plan living, the range of choice in the industry has grown substantially – with modern renovation projects often concentrating on kitchens and living space.
Consequently, the kitchen has become the most important room in the home for all sorts of reasons.
Kitchen Design Centre employs creative designers who push the boundaries of design with the latest product ideas that maximise the potential of the rooms they work with.
With three studios in the North West, Kitchen Design Centre’s designers are experts in innovative kitchen design – 2012 will prove to be a very exciting time for them.
The designers, some of whom have worked in the industry for over 30 years, saw the latest German developments for 2012 and were filled with excitement at the prospect of working with them.
The team had an exclusive preview of how the newest kitchens will look.
There is a further emphasis on open plan living, with discrete solutions for combining functional cooking, and dining and entertainment areas with living and family spaces.
Textures and colour choices are changing, light finishes are preferred and laminates are re-emerging where other materials may have been used previously.
Kitchens have evolved to become more about extended living spaces, designed to suit the individuals living in them - whatever their needs. Understated yet all the more stunning it.
Roger Astin, Managing Director at Kitchen Design Centre, said: “Our designers got some real inspiration on their visit to Germany and are very excited about being able to work with these new ideas.”
“They saw, first hand, what is in store for their customers, which enables us to be at the forefront of kitchen design.”
“We are very much looking forward to working these ideas in design projects with our customers throughout the North West of England.”
