I am writing to tell you how pleased we are with everything about our new kitchen. When you started to design the kitchen I told you I hoped you could find solutions to problems - corner units difficult to access, re-cycling etc - and indeed you did and everything is much more efficient and workable.
I was happy to have your NEFF appliances - although you said we could choose our own and Kitchen Design Centre would fit them - and I am so glad I did as they are all excellent, solid, well made and easy to understand - everything an improvement on my previous appliances.
As soon as I met Craig, our kitchen fitter, I knew everything would be done properly. A very pleasant and reliable young man.
We feel it looks stunning although we have given ourselves a pat on the back for our choice of tiles. Many thanks for everything to you and your team and we will be happy to recommend you at every opportunity
