With reference to the fitted kitchen recently completed by your company, I wish to put on record my thanks to all the tradesmen who were involved in the installation. In particular to Andrew who took out the old kitchen, amazingly managing to do it without damaging any part of it. Our purchaser’s fitter commenting on it.
I am fully aware that “Sods” and “Murphy’s” laws can always enter into the equation in planned work situations and did towards completion. As a retired senior buyer for BG, I still doubt the ability of most ancillary trade suppliers, to consistently apply the 3 rights, most times your lucky if they manage 2.
We had confidence in your company and its ethical policies from the day we discussed our requirements with Daniel; who impressed us with his knowledge. This with the professionalism; attitude and respect for person and property by the work force when on site; helped us to accept that the supplier problems were genuine.
Daniel’s following up with site visits and phone calls kept us in the picture.
Once again Andrew came into his own, always a pleasure to have in our home, the ideal man on finishing/remedial, (no doubt he has some more strings to his bow) not letting anything beat him, working until he completed the jobs, sometimes working into late evening.
Not withstanding the product, and input of all concerned, it is the efforts and involvement of Daniel and Andrew that will come to mind when recommending your company to others.
