We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been awarded the contract for 51 luxury fitted kitchens for Horace Mills, a brand-new development in Cononley. The historic building is a former textile mill, which is now being freshly renovated with luxury apartments and penthouses by boutique property developer Candelisa. They chose us to help them realise their vision for these new apartments, and we were eager to accept!

As you may know if you’ve visited any of our showrooms in Manchester, Blackburn, Liverpool or Barrowford, we manage more than 250 kitchen projects each year here at Kitchen Design Centre. Many of these kitchens are for individual customers, but we also specialise in providing exceptional designer kitchens to housebuilders and developers. When Louise and Stuart renovated and extended their Wilmslow home they visited several local kitchen companies but were keen to get exactly what they wanted and researched companies with large showrooms located slightly further afield.
Kitchen Design Centre popped up on google and they were delighted to find that were open on a Sunday and that being located at Housing Units Failsworth, they were only a 20-minute drive away.
They were amazed by the showroom and how many full-size displays there were. They were equally impressed with Designer Paul Harrington who spent a great deal of time listening to what they wanted and going through various options and designs with them.

With a keen eye for design, Nicole knew the look she wanted and approached a local kitchen company. They came up with a range of designs but although there was nothing wrong with them, the couple felt that they would like an alternative design. They were already dealing with a lot of different companies for other rooms in the house and were reluctant to involve another but Anthony suggested they visited Rowan at Kitchen Design Centre Urmston to see if he could improve the design, and they were absolutely blown away with what he came up with.
