“The previous website had grown along with the company – as we expanded our range of kitchens and services, we added to the site and made sure that all the relevant information was available on there.
“However, this left us with a website that could be a bit unwieldy in terms of functionality. This new site is designed to grab customers’ interest with lots of high quality images and help them to navigate straight through to the information that interests them.
“What sets us apart from a lot of companies, too, is that every image you see on our website is a kitchen that we sell – there’s no general stock photography on there so customers can be assured that what they see really is what they can get.”
Sam Fletcher, Director of digital agency, Twentyone, who designed the new site, said:

A new addition to the revamped Kitchen Design Centre website is the news and events section, where visitors can find out about the latest promotions and events being held at Kitchen Design Centre’s Manchester, Blackburn and Colne showrooms, such as the company’s popular live cooking master-classes.
As an impressive 94% of Kitchen Design Centre customers rate their overall satisfaction with the company and its services as “excellent”, the company has been keen to extend its customer-care across its online platform and make its website more intuitive.
