2014 has been a great year for Kitchen Design Centre. We’ve had a wide range of fun and exciting kitchens to design, visited a number of fantastic suppliers – who really do make our kitchens unique – and welcomed a number of fabulous new members to our ever-growing team.
Graduate, Laura Roberts is our latest recruit to the Kitchen Design Centre design programme – and with her passion and wealth of expertise, it’s not hard to see why…
Laura, who recently graduated with a degree in Interior Design, actually won an award during the time of her studies; the Best Bespoke Architectural Furniture Award.
She comes to the team buzzing with original ideas and can’t wait to use her creative eye on clients’ kitchens. “Kitchens are one of the most essential aspects of everyday living and it has always been a passion of mine to experience a successful career as a kitchen designer. I can’t wait to meet and work with clients in the future and provide them with the excellent service and design they deserve,” says Laura.

When Louise and Stuart renovated and extended their Wilmslow home they visited several local kitchen companies but were keen to get exactly what they wanted and researched companies with large showrooms located slightly further afield.
Kitchen Design Centre popped up on google and they were delighted to find that were open on a Sunday and that being located at Housing Units Failsworth, they were only a 20-minute drive away.
They were amazed by the showroom and how many full-size displays there were. They were equally impressed with Designer Paul Harrington who spent a great deal of time listening to what they wanted and going through various options and designs with them.

With a keen eye for design, Nicole knew the look she wanted and approached a local kitchen company. They came up with a range of designs but although there was nothing wrong with them, the couple felt that they would like an alternative design. They were already dealing with a lot of different companies for other rooms in the house and were reluctant to involve another but Anthony suggested they visited Rowan at Kitchen Design Centre Urmston to see if he could improve the design, and they were absolutely blown away with what he came up with.
