New Year, new showrooms and new displays!

Here at Kitchen Design Centre, we’re proud to be known for our award winning kitchen showroom displays – designed to inspire. We’re proud to maintain an already impressive array of showrooms across the North West, including locations in Manchester, Blackburn and Barrowford. What’s more, we’re proud to announce that we’ve got two more on the way in early 2020!

New showrooms under development in Liverpool and South Manchester will give more and more people access to our products and highly rated design services. Now, currently these Liverpool and South Manchester showrooms are still under renovation. However, we can share with you some of our stunning 3D artwork ahead of construction.

Here’s what you can expect at the new South Manchester showroom.

Contemporary concrete

Contemporary concrete

This kitchen will feature our most sought-after cabinet style, the modern handle less in a Graphite putty concrete! It’s not hard to see why it’s so popular, as it’s easy to be drawn to the natural look and texture of these cabinets, especially when combined with subtle Taupe high gloss lacquer cabinets. This look instantly creates a warm and inviting space that’s perfectly ‘on trend’ for everyday modern living and entertaining. The built-in open shelving above the sink creates a unique storage solution that incorporates sliding doors and hidden shelving.

Timeless shaker

Timeless shaker

Timeless, elegant, and refined are just a few words that spring to mind when we think about shaker style kitchens. There’s something very wholesome about this kitchen that makes it feel perfect for family gatherings and everyday life.

We’ve chosen to incorporate a rustic wooden beam, painted paneling and an oak finish breakfast bar to stay in keeping with this traditional style. The modern accents of this display come through with the stylish chairs, features lights, and high-tech appliances throughout. Additionally, the Belfast sink with white marble worktops takes us back in time and work beautifully in period properties and country homes.

Moody and modern

Moody and modern

Introducing a new concept in handle less design, this ‘touch free’ kitchen in soft touch lacquer combines subtle grey marble with minimalist white and glass. Fingermarks are kept to a minimum with new lacquer processes that are pleasing to touch. Simple tones will suit new house aesthetics and harmonise with living space furniture and lifestyles.

Designed to be balanced yet moody kitchen and in the vein of the rising trend of dark kitchens we expect to see in 2020. The modern dark grey cabinets and mirrors add visual interest at different levels to create both depth and dimension in the space.

The island in this kitchen combines a sink area and dishwasher with the all new black Quooker Boiling tap design on one side, with an elongated feature niche with drawers on the other. This particular island design is intended to help transition the space between kitchen and a living area to blend the space seamlessly!

Calm and cool industrial

Calm and cool industrial

Industrial style kitchens are on the rise, particularly in places like Manchester and Liverpool where more and more industrial buildings are being converted into housing. In this stunning display kitchen, the exposed brick functions as a textured feature wall.

The kitchen has modern exposed modular shelving, sleek tall cabinets in soft timber and two full seating areas on an impressive island. The two large seating areas, one high and one low, are perfect for larger families or for entertaining large parties.

As always, all of our kitchens will feature the latest luxury kitchen innovations from Neff in Germany, as well as boiler taps from Quooker and other high-tech kitchen must-haves.

Whether you want a modern, contemporary, industrial, or traditional style, the clever innovations and design elements in our new displays are the perfect inspiration to help you start imagining your 2020 dream kitchen!

AWARD-WINNING KITCHENS FOR AN AWARD-WINNING DEVELOPER

As you may know if you’ve visited any of our showrooms in Manchester, Blackburn, Liverpool or Barrowford, we manage more than 250 kitchen projects each year here at Kitchen Design Centre. Many of these kitchens are for individual customers, but we also specialise in providing exceptional designer kitchens to housebuilders and developers. We have a particularly successful longstanding relationship with Candelisa, a prestigious Yorkshire-based property developer that is (like us) known for the peerless quality of its designs.
The company already has an impressive array of awards on its shelves, and its team have recently managed to secure their latest accolade: the Best High Volume New Housing Development at the prestigious LABC Awards!
In case you need a quick refresher, the LABC Awards are the largest business-to-business awards in the UK’s building control sector, aimed at celebrating and rewarding building projects, and the people behind them. The Best High Volume New Housing Development in question was Candelisa’s project at Countyfields, Embsay. Due to our strong relationship with the company (largely through Simon Thomas, the head of our Barrowford showroom), Kitchen Design Centre was chosen to deliver every kitchen at the Embsay development – and like Candelisa’s team, we’re hugely proud of the results.

Latest case study now live incase you missed it.

With a keen eye for design, Nicole knew the look she wanted and approached a local kitchen company. They came up with a range of designs but although there was nothing wrong with them, the couple felt that they would like an alternative design. They were already dealing with a lot of different companies for other rooms in the house and were reluctant to involve another but Anthony suggested they visited Rowan at Kitchen Design Centre Urmston to see if he could improve the design, and they were absolutely blown away with what he came up with.
